Heritage Park in Castle Hill is a beautiful venue with several things for your family to enjoy. On our first visit, we were struck by the history of the site. Opened in 1801, its encapsulates the history of Castle Hill and it is one of the earliest government-backed farms plus it has a wealth of stories to share, such as a revolution among the convicts in 1804. Learn more about historic moments in NSW while enjoying refurbished picnic areas, public toilets, and a playground.

Everything here is pristine, bright, and welcoming.

Circling the walking trail gives you a view of the entire park. The reserved Blue Gum High Forest (which is one of the last remaining in the world) is a stunning sight, and you can easily stage photo shoots in every corner of the park.

Heritage Park is wheelchair accessible and perfect for family gatherings, business meetings, or retreats.

This little playground has bike paths that wrap around each section. The Lions erected a little bridge that takes you over to the exercise equipment centre. You can sit in the shade on either side of the bridge, or you can stay on the near side of the bridge to use the picnic shelter and BBQs.

Located on the corner of Fontana Drive and Ironstone Parkway, it has hillside slides, an impressive climbing structure, merry-go-round and plenty of tables and chairs (both shaded and non shaded) for friends and families to gather.

Livvi’s Place, Bernie Mullane Reserve
