We’ve just completed a new project in Balmain, a garden designed to be a more livable, inviting space to relax and entertain in. We replaced an old brick paving area with natural 25mm Bradstone tiles, installed a floating spotted gum timber seat and a tuscan limestone feature wall along the deck creating a bin storage area on the opposite side. Turfing is Sapphire Buffulo turf. The boys were lucky enough to be treated with an endless supply of Lindt chocolates from the clients which was very much appreciated!
Here’s what the clients had to say about the work:
“Our backyard in Balmain was a stark, bland and uninviting place when we bought the house, and we knew we wanted to make it more liveable. We had a plan that we needed executed, but we didn’t know who to trust, in terms of quality, cost and timeliness. We looked around and had a number of different landscapers quote for the work. In the end Luke gave us the greatest confidence that workmanship would be top notch and he had some nice tips to complement our plan.
We were kept up to date all through the job and unlike most trades we’ve used before, we were never let down. There were no nasty cost variances, or huge schedule delays or mishaps – the finished job looks fantastic.
The great thing about Sand and Stone, is the team of guys working to get the best result. We had Nik on our job who had great executional focus and an eye for detail. When it came to specialist work (eg Rendering) they brought in true pros, giving the finished job a professional finish.”
